Membership Information
All Plans require a full comprehensive examination to begin membership – $75 PLUS first month membership fee. We have to know your past to help your future.
Lab Work
We have an in-house LabCorp so most samples can be taken in our office during your appointment. Fees for lab work are charged at our cost to the patient. You pay what they charge us, no up-charging.
Pharmacy
Our on-site pharmacy provides our members with maintenance and common medications. You pay what we pay which is often substantially lower.
