Dr. Sandra is a Board-Certified physician who completed her Internal Medicine residency in NYC at the Mt Sinai School of Medicine – Cabrini Medical Center.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

She has over 15 years of experience as a physician, focusing on geriatrics. Before leaving NYC, she was Chief Medical Officer for a non-profit company overseeing 30 providers, 500 staff members, and 2,600 patients with an average age of 82. She spearheaded her company’s COVID response prior to her move to South Carolina.

In 2021, she relocated to Seneca to raise her two kids. In her free time, she enjoys creating memories with her family and friends, exercising, wine tasting and traveling.
